Things To Do in Pawhuska

Plan to spend a few days in the Pawhuska area because there is so many things to do here.  Ree Drummond, of Food Network fame, calls Pawhuska home and films The Pioneer Woman show from the family lodge.  The lodge is available to tour and offers the visitor sweeping and beautiful ranch views. 

Historic Pawhuska is home to the Osage Tribal Nation and among things to do here is the welcome center where staff will help direct you to your area of interests.  The center also offers authentic native jewelry and other items for sale from tribal members.

There are so many numerous things to do in Pawhuska you must see for yourself.  The Cathedral of the Osage, the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, the Mercantile and the Old West Buffalo Company where you can hand feed bison or enjoy a show in the evening.  The countryside in and around Pawhuska alone, is worth the visit.
