Two Rivers, Three Peoples, One Land…come enjoy Eufaula’s culture at Heritage Days!

Eufaula Heritage Days festival will honor our local heritage, on April 22, 2017, from 9 am – 5 pm.  at Eufaula’s Posey Park with many fun activities. Activities include:
·         A Horse shoe Tournament with prizes. Sponsored by the Eufaula Indian Smoke Shop.
·         Games to include marbles, sack races and egg toss.
·         The Lawbreakers and Peacemakers will be at Posey Park throughout the day
·         The Civil War Reenactor group will set up camp starting Friday, April 21, 2017.
·         Arts and crafts vendors, food vendors and local entertainment, including the Creek Fiddle Dancers
·         Classic car exhibit in Posey Park
·         Children’s area
·         Eufaula Heritage Days parade will be held at 10:00 a.m. with line up at 9:00 at the High School.
·         The crowning of Mr. and Mrs. Heritage Days will be held on stage, in Posey Park following the parade.
·         Cruise Night with a burn- out. 
·         City-wide decorating contest.
Under One Roof is coordinating, Eufaula Heritage Days.   Under One Roof began in the late 90’s as the home for a youth emergency shelter for abused and neglected children.  It has continued to organically grow to meet the needs of the community now housing fifteen non-profits that address the varied issues of family life.  The goal of Under One roof is to provide affordable housing for these family serving nonprofits so that they may free up more money for direct services.  The rent collected satisfies only a portion of the expense of operating and maintain a large facility, we therefore look to the community for support, with Heritage days serving as our primary fundraiser.   For more information, please call: Under One Roof, (918) 689-7505 or visit our website:
