Time for Spring, and the Claremore Home & Garden ShowApril showers may bring May flowers but you can find them sooner at the Claremore Home & Garden Show, April 6-8 at the Claremore Expo Center. No problem if it is raining outside, the exhibitors are all indoors and will display products and services for all your spring and summer projects.
\r\n“This is a great way to connect with the right vendors for all your home improvement projects”, said Tanya Andrews, chair of the Home & Garden Committee. “Patrons can visit with talented artisans, craftsman and companies where you will find plenty of fabulous home décor items, baked goods, lawn and garden equipment, wine from local wineries and activities for the kids to enjoy.”
\r\nMost of the exhibitors are local companies within Rogers County and the Tulsa Metro that do business in town. They are here to share their products, services, and expertise to make your next home or garden project successful.
\r\nThe show committee will be giving away $500 cash just in time for spring! Entries can be made on site in the Indoor Arena, and the drawing will be April 8 at 4:30 pm (you do not have to be present to win). “This is a great way to start some lucky winner’s spring project”, said Andrews. “Who wouldn’t like extra cash to plant extra flowers, or to use towards a new lawn mower; it is perfect timing!”
\r\nA special guest will be airing his show live from the event on Saturday, April 8. Allan Storjohann with the KRMG Gardening Show will air live from 9am to noon. A popular garden guru, Storjohann is known throughout the nursery industry as an expert in horticulture. Be sure to stop by his show area and catch his live show in person.
\r\nNeed plants, flowers, or shrubs to start your spring decorating? We have you covered. The Rogers County Master Gardeners will be on hand to offer great gardening tips and showcase some of their beautiful spring plants and flowers. The FFA programs of Foyil, Chelsea and Claremore will be back this year with their plants ready to sell from their greenhouses. They offer a wide selection of fresh flowers and plants for sell while they take the opportunity to raise money for their many projects throughout the year.
\r\nNow might be a great time to consider adopting a furry friend from the Claremore Animal Shelter, who will team up with One by One Rescue and have a few of “man’s best friends” on hand that are looking for a forever home. The animal shelter team will be in the Indoor Arena from 9am to 4pm on Saturday, April 7.
\r\nAdmission to the Claremore Home & Garden Show is complimentary, made possible by our partners and sponsors.
