Frank Phillips Home and Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve Celebrate the 145th Birthday of Frank Phillips on November 28, 2018

November 28, 1873 proved to be an important day for Bartlesville, Oklahoma and for generations of families to follow…..on that day, Frank F. Phillips was born in Scotia, Nebraska.  Over the next 77 years, this man led a new industry into the 20th century and by doing so, put Bartlesville on the map.   His legacy to this community can be seen and felt everywhere today, from the buildings in the Phillips complex downtown, to Frank Phillips Blvd, Frank Phillips Field (airport), the Frank Phillips Home and the incredible Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve.

To celebrate his birthday, The Frank Phillips Foundation is offering FREE admission in honor of Frank Phillips' 145th Birthday! Help us honor his legacy of giving back to the community by bringing a non-perishable food item as a donation, (one per person). We will bring all the donated items to a local food pantry!

Woolaroc is open from 10 am to 5 pm and the Frank Phillips Home will be open for tours at 10, 11, 2, 3 and 4:00.   Come keep the spirit of Frank Phillips alive and share in the terrific history of our community on November 28th!
