Activities for the kids include make your Smore’s (kits), skating and Chameleon Sounds will DJ and provide entertainment & music, including Claremore’s largest Hokey Pokey Dance. So put on your dancing shoes and teach the little ones how it’s done…just good old fashion fun for the whole family.

“It is great to see an event that is for the whole family, but ends early enough so parents might have a little time to themselves after having an evening out with the kids”, said Tanya Andrews, director of Visit Claremore. “Claremore’s Rockin New Year’s Eve event will be the final event of this year’s West Bend Winterland and we will ring in 2019 with a bang!”.

We will have a community toast, around 8:45 pm, with sparkling cider right before the finale, so come ring in the New Year with Claremore. This year’s fireworks by Western Enterprises is sure to be a big blast and a great way to celebrate 2019.

Please be aware parts of Will Rogers Boulevard will be closed for approximately fifteen minutes while the fireworks are going off. The road will be blocked from Boling and Will Rogers to Blue Starr and Will Rogers during the show but will be opened immediately following the all clear from Western Enterprises. The public will be able to see the fireworks from the west bend Winterland area or may park in the north parking lot of the Expo Center to watch the fireworks from a vehicle.
