The Tulsa Zoo inspires a passion for wildlife.
Spanning more than 84 landscaped acres in Tulsa's historic Mohawk Park, the Tulsa Zoo plays host to more than 4,000 animals representing about 500 species, including rare and endangered species.
Established in 1927 and opened the following year, the Tulsa Zoo delivers an enjoyable and meaningful visitor experience that promotes conservation through an understanding of the role of wildlife in the world.
There's always something new to do or see at the Tulsa Zoo! From getting up close and personal with an African penguin or rhino, to frolicking in the children's zoo, to supporting in one of the many wild zoo events, zoo fans will find fun year-round.

Tulsa Zoo is located in Mohawk Park on 36th Street North, just east of Sheridan Road. The zoo is easily reached from the Sheridan Road exits off of Highway 11 and I-244.
