One of the many attractions in Oklahoma on Route 66 is the Route 66 Historical Village in Tulsa.  Items in the Village provide visitors with a glimpse of days gone by.  It is located west of the Arkansas River – look for the giant oil derrick, it’s the tallest in North America.
The Village features several restored transportation attractions including a Frisco1157 caboose and Weyerhauser tank car; the centerpiece of the Village is the Frisco 4500 Meteor Steam Engine.
