Jo Allyn Lowe Park
The Jo Allyn Lowe Park is a calm, scenic, lake-side park created in 1980. Its 31.74 acres provide pier fishing, scenic views, and picnic areas.
The handicap accessible fishing pier is located on the south side of the Jo Allyn Lowe Lake. Surrounding the lake is a large arboretum funded by mainly donations from Bartlesville's finest. With hundreds of species of trees present, open spaces for memorial trees are available for purchase.
