Dedicated in 1930, the hotel contained 78 rooms and 7 apartments. During WWII it was designated as a bomb shelter.
The Hotel Will Rogers was known for offering mineral baths containing radium water and were an important part of the marketing strategy for the hotel owners.
In 1997 the hotel was renovated and turned into apartments. Visitors may still tour the lobby and 2nd floor, where the originial Ball Room in still in use.
