If you are looking for fun things to do and places to go in Oklahoma, take a closer look at Bristow's Freeland Center for the Performing Arts.

Bristow may be "small town Oklahoma," but you won't know it when you visit the Freeland Center. The City takes great pride in the $ 6.1 million theater that is comfortable, modern, and provides an acoustic delight with a 50 x 50 foot stage.  With seating for nearly 800 people, the Freeland Center for the Performing Arts also offers a professional, friendly staff that provides Southern hospitality, Bristow-style.

Just a block off historic Route 66, the Center opened in 2009 and offers a variety of concerts each season to appeal to a wide audience.  It will be worth a short trip, just 40 minutes outside Tulsa, to hear Master's Voice, Jeff and Sheri Easter, and The Isaacs; or, if you like country music, the Freeland Center has been host to the Red Dirt Rangers, Susie McEntire-Eaton, and Riders in the Sky.

The Freeland Center has even featured the Tulsa Youth Symphony and "America's Got Talent" star and finalist, Preacher Lawson!

The Freeland Center also puts on choir and band concerts, drama and theater performances, and elementary school musicals hosted through Bristow Public School programs, in addition to local dance recitals.

Any genre, any art-form, always at an affordable price: the Freeland Center for the Performing Arts is a local treasure that you don't want to pass up!
