Darryl Starbird's National Rod & Custom Car Hall of Fame
Darryl Starbird’s National Rod & Custom Car Hall of Fame Museum houses over 50 custom built, exotic vehicles designed and built by Darryl Starbird. In addition to the custom cars designed with a nod to the past, some classic vehicles feature a futuristic bubble top - does George Jetson come to mind?
Darryl Starbird’s Museum also showcases custom “rods” designed by others in this 40,000 square foot museum. The walls of Starbird’s Museum have not been forgotten, where every inch is covered by memorabilia of custom built vehicles including pickups, street rods, sports cars and vans. These one-of-a-kind creations are displayed on a rotating basis so you’ll probably see something different each time there.
Darryl Starbird’s Hall of Fame has inducted over 50 individuals who have created thousands of custom vehicles over the years. Each June, during Starbird’s Anniversary celebration, two additional inductees are honored.
Darryl Starbird’s National Rod & Custom Car Hall of Fame Museum is located approximately one hour northeast of Tulsa, just off of Grand Lake’s Monkey Island, near Afton, OK. Hot rod fans of all ages will enjoy this amazing museum.
