Lying in the heart of the rugged Cookson Hills is beautiful Lake Tenkiller. Surrounded by Dogwood forests and other flowering trees and known for it's crystal-clear water, you'll find:

Year-round fishing is good with:

Hunters will enjoy the Gruber Public Hunting Area and the Cherokee Game Refuge on old Camp Gruber near the western shore of the lake. Principal game species include:
