Freddie's BBQ and Steakhouse
Freddie's began over 60 years ago when Freddie Joseph began serving his homemade cuisine out of the back of his Drumright grocery store. Since then, guests from all over the state have flocked to Freddie's for delicious food!
Freddie's BBQ and Steakhouse is currently operated by Joseph's nephew and niece-in-law, and Bristow natives, Edmond and Sherian Slyman, who are proud to continue the Freddie's tradition of wonderful and unique dining while sharing their Lebanese heritage with the area.
Freddie's offers fall-off-the-bone BBQ and steak selections, but you'll also get to experience the impact of Syrian-Lebanese influences originating from the Slymans' hometown of Bristow, a nearby town that was originally settled by a man from Syria (now Lebanon) and which to this day celebrates its Lebanese heritage with tabouleh factories and the annual Tabouleh Fest.
Freddie's BBQ and Steakhouse in Sapulpa samples that Lebanese heritage from Bristow by serving Mediterranian delicacies such as tabouleh, hummus, and cabbage rolls.
Freddie's also features a Catering Center right next door to the restaurant for businesses, weddings, and more! Come down for a tasty visit to Freddie's BBQ and Steakhouse - you won't regret it.
