With 600 miles of shoreline, Lake Eufaula offers multiple marinas and some offer rentals of houseboats, pontoon boats, ski boats and paddle boats.  Several boat ramps offer visitors who bring their own boat convenient access to the cooling waters.

For those who like to fish, Lake Eufaula contains white bass, catfish, crappie and striper, among others.  Like to hunt, hike, bike, or ride?  You can do it all on the miles of trails intertwined around the lake.

Deer, quail, ducks and geese populate the over 31,000 acres of public hunting areas around the lake.

Lake Eufaula State Park near Checotah provides visitors with numerous outdoor recreation opportunities including great wildlife watching on hiking trails.  For those looking to move a bit faster, bring a bike and take off on one of the mountain biking trails.
